This course explains why monitoring and documentation are so important to documenting your success and ensuring continuous improvement of your efforts. You’ll learn the basics of acquiring baseline data—what is there, and how many? You’ll also learn how advanced monitoring can contribute to citizen science programs and why your data matters so much to the scientific community. We’ll also explore ways to select the right citizen science projects for your program.
