WHC is recruiting for a Coordinator to work directly with Senior Leadership, reporting to the President.
The Coordinator supports the President and Senior Leadership with internal and external projects, ranging from development/implementation of processes, time management and organizational needs. Success in this role is dependent on a superior attention to detail and ability to manage multiple competing priorities is critical. The Coordinator will be involved in all aspects of the organization and as such, is in a unique position to advance in the organization after successfully demonstrating an exceptional and varied level of abilities.

The position allows for remote work with an expectation of 2 days a week in the downtown Bethesda, MD office.
Infrequent but occasional travel is to be expected. The successful candidate will be required to work at the Conservation Conference (locations vary year to year, Baltimore in 2023, New Orleans in 2024) and stay in a hotel for 4-5 consecutive working days once a year, as well as attend twice yearly in-person staff retreats.
$45-$50K
