Conservation Conference 2022 Speaker Nominations

Join us as a speaker at the 2022 WHC Conservation Conference in Detroit, June 14-15, 2022.

Who we’re looking for
Experienced thought leaders to engage and inspire our audience of leaders in corporate social responsibility, environmental health and safety, sustainability, government agencies and NGOs.

Program format
We develop the program with a mix of keynote/mainstage speakers, panelist conversations, breakout sessions, and briefings. Based on the topic, WHC will decide which format will best suit your presentation.

Topics we’re interested in
We’re looking for the new and now. Presentation topics must be current and relevant to the convergence of business and biodiversity and offer solutions and strategies to make a positive impact for people and planet. We are especially interested in diverse and inclusive voices as well as interactive presentation elements. Special consideration will be given to the following topics:

  • Community First Approaches
  • Nature-Based Solutions
  • ESG/Investor/Stakeholder Alignments
  • Climate Resiliency
  • Biodiversity Uplift
  • Environmental Equity
  • Species and Habitat Enhancement Solutions
Things to know
  • This event is in-person only; there is no virtual component.
  • Deadline for speaker nominations is January 31, 2022.
  • Speakers who are chosen will be contacted in February with information on the session format, logistics and travel information.
  • Speakers will no longer be required to pay a registration fee, but are responsible for their own travel expenses.
