The grassland is surrounded by a walking trail to allow employees to see the project and learn more about the native plants and pollinators at the site.

- A disused field was treated and seeded with a native plant seed mix containing flowers and grasses to create a pollinator-friendly habitat.
- The grassland is managed to encourage growth, while invasive plants are monitored and removed to allow native plants to thrive.
- The team regularly visits the site to observe plant-pollinator interactions. Observations are recorded on a log, and several species including butterflies and bees have been seen.
- The project was developed with advice from the state Department of Conservation.
